Spend your days exploring Humboldt's ancient redwoods, then return home to unwind beneath the stars in your private cedar sauna.
We enjoyed our stay here! It was very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Ample parking. We did not have a dog, but it would be a great place for a dog including a dedicated grassy area outside in the back. The front garden is beautiful and great to look at out the front window. Overall, the listing is exactly as described. Nothing was missing and everything was very convenient... the home is in a central, easy to access location for exploring the northern California Redwoods area.
Amazing stay, incredibly peaceful, the space is so thoughtful and relaxing. The fireplace is so cozy, the sauna is heavenly, great location, private fenced backyard perfect for pups, and the cherry on top is the landscaping- it’s botanical garden level. Very private, our dog is reactive and the owners are careful to not let their dog interact with ours. The kitchen is stocked with pans and anything you could need. Shower pressure is great. We’ve stayed here twice and can’t wait for our next visit!
As before, this was the perfect place for us. I like that there are doors to separate living areas and everything is so comfortable. It was perfect to stay there with our son as he slept on the pull out couch and we slept in the bedroom. Having some outside space is really nice too and relaxing. We went for a really long walk right from the house, along the river and all the way to the beach. The scenery was beautiful with farmland areas and a people bridge across the river. It was even wonderful to do during the rain.
